Grace has no idea how Anissa is going to be in an actual relationship with her because them hanging out before was not a relationship that entitled her to any commitment and she won’t let Anissa be with her in peace now, even though she accepted her apology and her declaration that she wanted to try something serious with her. Grace is asking for something no honest person can promise, much less one who knows superheroism can destroy a family. I need Grace to relax.
idk at this point grace pushing anissa to make a promise no one can really make confidently seems more like she’s keeping anissa at a distance emotionally than the other way around
