grace in that button up plaid shirt with the short sleeves
girl if you wanted me dead all you had to do was ASK
Oh dang was her arms exposed?! I definitely just posted that her arms were covered. Well now i’m bummed. I didn’t see anyone say anything about tattoos so she must not have them
One of my mutuals spotted tats on one arm when she turned around at the bar she said @yodelingnthecanyon
I really wish people, especially younger people who weren’t really on or don’t remember social media before this time, understood this. Internet activism and discussions of social consciousness was not really a “Thing” and people, especially edgy teenagers, said some stupid ignorant ass shit.
While all this may be true we shouldn’t normalize it. The fact that most of you would say racist/misogynistic/self-hating things on the internet as pre-teens makes it understandable, not acceptable or just a part of growing up. It shows there was, and still is, a serious issue with society and our morals when our adolescents aren’t being taught that there a lines you should never cross, things you should never say. If we don’t want to hold individuals accountable then let’s at least acknowledge that we all had issues back then and not cling to the “everyone did it so it’s okay” mindset. How about some self reflection???
